Partner up to compete in our Old Towne Throwdown event! M/M and F/F teams will compete in RX, Masters RX (80+ combined years) and Scaled divisions. There will be cash prizes for all 3 divisions. When: November 13th, 2021, heats will begin at 9am. Where: Old Towne Fitness, 9045 Highway 178, Olive Branch, MS 38654 Cost: $200 per team, only one registration required per team. Workouts TBA.
